I will endeavour to respond as soon as I can via email. Depending on where you have enquired from, there will be the option to book an introductory call with me, or I will contact you directly through email to see if you would like to speak on the phone first. This is for us to get to know each other a little bit first and see how I can help in more detail. After this, it will then be over to you to book your sessions using my online booking system. You can also read through my Privacy Notice in your own time to see how I collect and manage your data.

You can reach out to me any time, but I cannot guarantee I will respond straight away. If you are in urgent need of support, I suggest reaching out to the NHS 111 service and press ‘2’, or a helpline for your specific need.
I will respond within my working hours.
